I normally would never take the time out to leave a bad review but I feel it's absolutely necessary in this case. I've used H&R block for a long time but this year it has become increasingly deceptive regarding FORCED payment options. Once accidentally selected it is a huge time consuming hassle to "downgrade" your account back to the FREE version. There is no simple option to delete the premium payment from your "shopping cart" without calling the company and waiting for a very long time.
