I would give 0 stars if I could. I've been contacting this office since we discovered an error on our 2021 tax return shorted me over $3,000. It was promised to be amended, I was there IN PERSON. The amended return was never filed. It took calling the IRS and an entirely different office to get the return filed correctly. I am now being contacted by the IRS stating I OWE MONEY and am being penalized. Called this office today, they state they hold zero liability and to take it up with the IRS. Do not do business here.
My husband and I have been going to H & R Block in Girard, Pa for years. Very professional and welcoming staff. Our tax professional Cathy Coleman is absolutely wonderful to work with! Highly recommend!
