I recommend H&R Block in the Inverness office to help you with your taxes. Diana Mack helped me make an amendment to my form that I did myself. She is very knowledgeable in her work and friendly too.

This office lost my documents (bank statements, W2s/1099s, etc.) and also did not scan them into their electronic system before either disposing of my originals, or losing them altogether. Getting them on the phone is nearly impossible, and even showing up in person yields little results. Almost one month ago they tried to help me by saying they would order my transcripts from the IRS and assured me the papers would be delivered quickly, usually one week.
