I scheduled an appointment online. I confirmed my appointment after multiple confirmation emails. I walked into my appointment and was greeted by a hostile receptionist, Chris, at the front desk. I had uploaded all of my documents online as I was told to do via email beforehand. Kelsey, the manager, tried to resolve the situation but was unsuccessful. I was surprised that this location was not able to live up to its reputation. I am disappointed in my experience.
I had an appointment. Peter was the tax preparer with me. I can’t say how much I appreciate his help. My issues weren’t insurmountable to him! Earned my future business!
Someone needs to get Christina at the front desk some mental health care. She's running customers out of the building with her condescending demeanor and aggressive rhetoric.
Kelsey at the Greenwood Village H&R Block location does a great job with tax preparation.
