Alison made everything quick and easy.
Our advisor started our scheduled appointment 40 minutes late. Communication was next to nothing while we waited; we also had to leave the appointment before being finishing our taxes because we had another appointment elsewhere. Now, we have to come back again next week to finish everything. Terrible service, go elsewhere.
