If I could do a negative I would but this lady PATRICE charged us $600 said our taxes were processed and 3 months letter I received an irs letter saying they haven't received my returns I emailed I called she was never in office so then months of penalty fees accumulated to find out she was suppose to mail them but did not!!! Plz go see anyone else except PATRICE
Okay I went to get my taxes done for 2023 everything seemed like it was correct in the beginning when the taxes where completed then a few weeks later I caught a error on my taxes and I went into the office and had to get the taxes fixed and edited by doing a full amended process and that process is now going to take longer I have been calling them for weeks each and every single day and they still have yet to give me a answer on how much I would be receiving for my tax return and to make sure they did my taxes correctly I w... read more
