Would not get my taxes done here again. Scheduled my name and appointment time under someone else’s name. I was not greeted appropriately and could tell I was not wanted there my tax preparer did not know what she was doing. Charged me for high fees knowing my federal and state taxes were going to get taken. Unprofessional they keep asking me about the fee scale like I was unable to pay. Ram was super personable and knowledgeable! He did everything to try to get me my max refund and I'm thankful for that in this economy. Tay at the front desk was also great! Coming back next year for sure.
I uploaded my documents in the late morning and my returns were completed within an hour or so. This was a 1040, with lots of itemized deductions, so I’m very pleased. I got a call from my preparer, John Kondulis to let me know they were ready. I highly recommend John and H&R Block. The front desk staffer was very pleasant and efficient as well
