Wouldn’t even give them one star. Terrible experience with Tana Simcox. Called to get the district managers phone number or email And she gave me a false email even when I read the email back to her on the phone 3 times. Went in to get the right one and her and the front desk lady was just smiling joking about it all, She is very unprofessional! Very unprofessional. Lack of communication absolutely do not recommend them at all.. their support number does not understand anything. Nor even have the right tools to help. Paid almost 500$ to file my tax’s and they didn’t even communicate that I physically had to send them in..
Susan is so helpful and has made my filing process quick and easy annually for several years now!
Crystal G was great. Only took her 30 mins to have my taxes done and my questions answered. She did my taxes last year and I already signed up for next year.
