If 0 was an option that would be the choice Brought a simple tax return in 2 months before filing deadline that turned into a mistake on their end, an amended return and the IRS pulling out the original amount of the return AND the amended amount on same day-they had no explanation other than it's beyond their control and acted as if it was no big deal. Their mistakes resulted instead of an $1800 bill being $4500.00. My advice is pay the extra $200.00 to go to a CPA or do the return yourself

Do not go here a lady by the name of Julie Gessell messed up my girlfriends taxes so bad that the IRS is garnishing her wages, and they refuse to do anything about it. Considering she even paid for the piece of mind which mean diddly squats since these idiots have been working on it for a year and haven't done crap to help her except give her the run around . DO NOT GO HERE
So glad we didn't do the "drop off the lady" wanted us to do. We had a 3 pm appt and they weren't ready for us since she had to "clean her desk" off but there was no clients walking out before us. We got told 2 times by our preparer that she is off at 4 and had to be don't before than..... that did not give me the confidence I needed to trust you would have my best interests in mind to oay you to save me as much money as possible.
