Literally will never use H&R Block again Still have yet to receive my tax refund , due to the multiple mistakes the employees made, (yes I have the proof). Absolutely ridiculous, and don’t bother trying to talk to a manager they are “never there”
Said we had to pay because it was our first time. Then took 1 month until we had to call because they didn’t even file even know they said they did. Also they put the wrong address so our state tax refund went to a whole different state. Never one mentioned a refund either, I would stay far away from this business.
On April 4, 2026, I had a scheduled appointment at 3:00 PM with Santy Smith at the Copperas Cove, Tx location. I had already dropped off my tax documents two days prior so that the preparer could begin reviewing my information in advance. Despite this, my appointment did not begin until approximately 3:45 PM.
