The H&R Block in Stoneham is fantastic. My tax preparer Linda Driscoll never disappoints. The whole team is friendly, enthusiastic and professional. Thank you to my Tax Preparer, Linda and the entire store for always giving excellent service and caring about the clients needs.
Be prepared to be stonewalled about whether your taxes are actually being filed and be referred to as ‘the small one’ whatever that means. I showed up to the office after trying to call the office three times in the morning, left three emails, and had to message through my account. Very different experience from the years before. The front desk woman was also very unpleasant and always seems to put off whenever anyone comes up to the desk.
Rudest front desk person. If you want to keep your customers happy I would suggest getting rid of the arrogant women who sits in front. If you can’t be nice to people you shouldn’t work with the public. Shame on H&R Block for hiring such people.😡
