This was a complete waste of money. We were initially quoted $300–$350 CAD for filing our taxes, but the final bill came to over $600 plus tax, which was very disappointing. Beyond the cost, the quality of service did not meet expectations. The tax professional did not seem very experienced and took an excessive amount of time to complete relatively simple tasks. My tax returns was done professionally and seamlessly by Ms Maria Suprum. She paid attention to details and patiently explained each step of the process. It was not stressful doing this with her and we'll see again in 2027,thanks Maria and H and R block team!
I used H&R Block for a few years while I was in high school (different location) and they always did a great job - I will give credit where credit is due.
