Update February 13 2024: Ever since I used these guys I have been paying IRS over and over again hundreds of dollars. This time I used TurboTax instead. I will not use HR again. This year H&R block give me the tools that I needed to file taxes and then manner. That gave me confidence in my tax preparation.
Front reception was very professional and kind. Ana was no assistance once she discovered I would owe. She couldn't answer basic questions that were foreign to me. At least guide me in the right direction. I would have paid for advice. In fact, she was trying to rush me out. Very rude and I will never return.
