They didn’t know what they were doing. In a bankruptcy the trustee has to file for client, in a consumer proposal the Tax preparer can file but needs to Paper file. It takes longer to get your refund, They didn’t know that and took my paperwork and called several days later to tell me I had to get the trustee to do it so I picked up the paperwork and took it to my trustee who sent me me straight back to H and R block. The guys here don’t work. They visit the shops around the plaza and call you constantly to let you know that they won’t be able to do things on time.

I usually do my taxes with H and R. But this time I received the worst service from Lynn. I payed them for my taxes higher amount of money along with that long waiting time, though I have an appointment with them. After filling she didn’t explain anything to me how she filled the taxes . She was in a hurry to not explain me anything and said to me that clients are waiting. Such a worst experience from Lynn.

Very disappointed. As well known as the name H&R Block is I’d like to think that my tax return would be in good hands. Was I ever wrong. It’s as though they were short staffed and grabbed the first person walking by the shop and offered them a position. Not only did she not have a clue what she was doing it took over 2 hours to do a single t4 slip with no receipts and I was the only one in there. She was unable to answer any questions I had and had to call her manager over 2 or 3x in order to complete the return. If she was ... read more
