The guys here don’t work. They visit the shops around the plaza and call you constantly to let you know that they won’t be able to do things on time.
I usually do my taxes with H and R. But this time I received the worst service from Lynn. I payed them for my taxes higher amount of money along with that long waiting time, though I have an appointment with them. After filling she didn’t explain anything to me how she filled the taxes . She was in a hurry to not explain me anything and said to me that clients are waiting. Such a worst experience from Lynn.
Very disappointed. As well known as the name H&R Block is I’d like to think that my tax return would be in good hands. Was I ever wrong. It’s as though they were short staffed and grabbed the first person walking by the shop and offered them a position. Not only did she not have a clue what she was doing it took over 2 hours to do a single t4 slip with no receipts and I was the only one in there. Had the most disturbing experience at this place yesterday where their tax professional, Alina grabbed my arm and pulled me. I am still in shock with my experience here. I booked my appointment because I was told I would receive the student discount. I went to the appointment and sat with Alina. I provided her with my documents, I was missing a daycare receipt but I knew the amount and said I can grab this later for her if needed.
