I would not recommend coming here. Management is hired right off the street with very little tax experience or people skills. This office keeps losing experienced tax preparers. The work environment is very toxic and stressful. The district manager seems to care more about metrics and does little for morale. There is no team building, but a lot of bullying.
A very pleasant tax preparer and she knew what she was doing.
I received excellent service.
