Absolutely a nightmare the person who I sat down with has 20 years of experience but stated that my son isn’t mine and never apologized then after stating I will not have to pay anything he changes it five time and I walk out with nothing but had to pay 300$ with no receipt very unprofessional and I will never be doing taxes with he and block ever again thank you for Ambroise being unprofessional and the slowest person in the world he als never finished my fiancé taxes he stated he will work on the very unprofessional
