This is probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a business ever. I originally scheduled an appointment last week to get my taxes done because I do contract work and didn't want to do deal with the schedule c myself. Right away, I was bounced around between 2 days by them for my appointment ultimately staying with the original time only an hour before I needed to arrive. Knowledge and courteous! I brought my mom in to have her taxes dore. Tax return was filed while we were there! Very pleased with our visit!
Today I called this office to get a price on filing my taxes I would have been a repeat customer but... no one answers the phone a menu recording comes on offers 1 option and that option cuts short. Wow not really sure how to go forward....
