I wish I had the experience everyone else seems to have had. The person we worked with, which seems to be who every other reviewer worked with and thought was so friendly, had a terrible attitude the whole time we were there. It was to the point where we were scared to ask any questions. It seemed like we were the worst part of her day. The service is far too expensive to deal with that ever again.
