H&R Block on Charlotte Street Uptown Saint John- Extremely unprofessional, ignorant employees. When I showed up for my appointment that I made online, I waited 15 mins to be greeted while 3 employees tried to figure out the printer situation. One employee yelled profanity because of the un working machine. I finally spoke up after STILL not being greeted, and reminded them of my presence and said my appointment was scheduled for 15 mins ago, they told me they had other clients.
