H&R Block on Charlotte Street Uptown Saint John- Extremely unprofessional, ignorant employees. When I showed up for my appointment that I made online, I waited 15 mins to be greeted while 3 employees tried to figure out the printer situation. One employee yelled profanity because of the un working machine.
