I filed only one T-4 slip. The tax filer canceled my appointment but I still owe $103. Today I get a phone call letting me know prices go up ($103 was a discounted price). I asked what the increase is and got no answer. They've gotta get the tax person to call me. You take 14% plus the fee and you don't have answers ready?! Didn't my money include answers? There was no meeting or preparedness, but same fee.
