Rick Goldberg at H&R Block was outstanding. My return had been prepared incorrectly by another tax preparer, and Rick stepped in and fixed everything carefully and correctly. He was sharp, thorough, patient, and took the time to explain things clearly. Rick Goldberg is an absolute jerk. He was extremely rude and got short with me multiple times because I was unsure of a decision to make on a matter that regarded to thousands of dollars. When he asked why I was not happy and I made him aware of being rude and short with me, and lacking patience, his words verbatim, “It is the 13th, I am out of patience.” Suffice to say I am through with H&R Block. Between the cost, multiple times of having rude tax preparation people, I am taking my business elsewhere.
This is the second year we have had our taxes completed by Ann Fanjoy. She is very knowledgeable. Knows what she is doing and a pleasure to work with. We will use her again and highly recommend her.
Very easy tax preparation. Assistant at the front desk was very polite and helpful. Rick worked on filing my taxes. He was very informative and helpful. Look forward to filing in the future with them.
