I have been going to HandR block for my taxes for the last 3 years ,and it is usually is great experience. This year however that was not the case. The people were nice, but I felt like parts of my taxes were not filed correctly. I was rushed out the door for the next client. Half the information they needed was information they had on me from last years tax info, and the charge was even more than last year. If I could give no stars, I would. This office wrongly processed my state return, which resulted in me having to pay additional money. And, it was reported to the Attorney Generals office because they took so long. Ohio is partially to blame for taking 6 months, but HR block denied my claim based on them claiming they did it right, based on the info they were given. I gave them my 1099s. There's no other "information" to provide. They suck. Hire a CPA or use TurboTax.
