Horrible!Prior to having my information leaked and identity stolen I had a good experience. In the year of 2023 I was robbed completely of my taxes,peace of mind and most of all any trust that I had left with a stranger to handle all of my personal tax business. I was lied to and put in a very bad position causing me and my child to become homeless adter a fraudulent tax preparer handled my taxes.I will NEVER use H&R block again nor will i suggest my worst enemy to use them!!
