My first visit with Mona Woods was truly impressive, and her 29 years of experience were clearly evident. It felt like a miracle to receive a return this year, especially after owing the state for the past few years.
I loved the service and customer service. My tax preparer (Ms. Yancy) was running behind and everyone was so attentive. I'd definitely come back next year and I would refer my family and friends. Ms. Kenya was great! And she was friendly and took great care of me.
Wanda Mannery was excellent. She was very patient with me. Asked questions about things I didn't even think I could add to my tax deductions. Extremely professional and very good at what she does. Thank you for everything Wanda!!!
