Great customer service. Got in the day I called, very efficient and polite. Highly recommend, I've been going to this H&R block for a couple years.

Called with a very quick and simple question. They cut me off while talking and hung up the phone on me. Extremely rude. Maybe I would have used their services in the future if they had at least listened to my question and politely replied. Not happening now! Will go anywhere other than H&R Block for tax services for the rest of my life. 🤨
Unprofessional, rude some staff are nice but other very pushy to get you out the door. very slow don't use H&R go to liberty tax 1 block away.
