Paid $297 for the preparer to mess up my tax return and will talk in circles and leave you to handle it on your own!She messed up my refund amounts for direct deposit,both were sent for federal and state of Michigan.I received one deposit and the other is missing.Both the irs and Michigan confirmed my deposit and my bank only received one deposit and h &r block and the preparer can't tell me where my missing deposit is .Save your money and find another service or count on your money being gone
