I will never use H and R Block again. I went to them at the very end of tax season. Had the taxes done, but I could not file them because I had to pay up front. It is now beginning June 2024, and taxes are still not filed. H and R Block never sent me a bill in the mail or email bill, no phone calls or text. Now I am going to have to pay late fees. I hope someone reads this and sends an email or text messages
