I guess ppl give them 5 stars because they know nothing about doing their own taxes, but filling in the blanks and charging a fee is not what I wanted, did my taxes with H&R they were not interested in finding me a refund , according to them I needed to pay $460 in taxes plus the fee, took my taxes to VITA in Hyannis they got me $4000+ in returns. Totally disrespected by H&R
