I really think my experience was an outlier. All keep it short. I came out with more questions, less respect and less money than when I went in. I was nothing more than a door swing unfortunately. Super disappointed after receiving several referrals to visit.
If I could I would give them 0 stars...so 2 years in a row now, they have messed up my return. I'm employed, and have a w2. I paid 500 for them to prepare my 1040...well last year I was audit and my refund is still being held, because of incorrect filing. I owed the government 900...which they held 9500.
