Worst service I’ve ever experienced! I went to H&R Block for help with my taxes, and it was an absolute nightmare. The staff looked like they’d never seen a tax form before. They messed up my documents, asked the same questions over and over, and then had the nerve to get snippy with me when I asked them to hurry up. Instead of help, I got attitude and zero professionalism. Overpriced and underwhelming doesn’t even begin to describe it. If you value your time and sanity, stay far away from H&R Block. Braydon at this branch is very helpful. We got our tax return filed with him in 2024. Somehow we misplaced our NOA. But we came almost a year later and he helped us get it back. It was very complicated but he somehow got our documents back in less than 10 minutes. Thank you so much!
It was definitely the worst tax return done. I sat for 3 hours waiting because they said it was a new system and they were having trouble with it. The new system they were trying to figure out was how to get the most money back from you for doing your return. I had no idea my return was going to be put on a card and that everytime you use it, you’re charged transaction fees. The women was rude at the front desk. She and another man attacked me accusing me of taking pictures while I was lined up waiting patiently to be served. I was only reading something on my phone you can clearly check the cameras. This was racial profiling Asian and Caucasian together accused a native woman wanting to do her taxes. I worked for 20 years and I will never set foot back in this place ever again until disciplinary action is taken
This was my first time filing my taxes with H&R block (normally I file them myself however due to a complex situation, I had to file them with a professional)— Braydon D. was an amazing tax professional. Despite the complexities of my taxes, he was able to navigate them while properly educating me on them; I genuinely appreciate the help he offered, all the while answering any questions and concerns I may have had! I look foward to seeing him next year!!!
