I just filed my taxes with Ms Rosalind, and she was excellent throughout. She explained things to me in easy-to-understand words, and even gave me insight on some tips and tricks on my taxes. I will definitely go to her again next year!
Went here to get my taxes done. Showed what forms I had (3 forms in total) was told it would be around $160 was asked if they should proceed I said yes. Opted for the peace of mind package for $25. Go to pay after the taxes have been done, was told since I had a certain t5 form it would now be $180+ the $25. Kind of sucks oh well, $180+$25… go to pay and it’s over $223. On hold over the phone for over 40 minutes really? Probably just to tell me they are all booked up. Worst service ever. Like think..just hire another desk associate to answer calls and book appointments only and another representative at the front desk to serve the people walking in. Get it together!
I just wanted to say it was a great experience working with Miss Rosalind. She was very accommodating and explained everything so well, which I really appreciated. She even extended up until 9:30 in the evening just to accomodate me. Thank you for your expertise and for making the process so clear and easy for me! You are the best
Worst service I’ve ever experienced! I went to H&R Block for help with my taxes, and it was an absolute nightmare. The staff looked like they’d never seen a tax form before. They messed up my documents, asked the same questions over and over, and then had the nerve to get snippy with me when I asked them to hurry up. Instead of help, I got attitude and zero professionalism. Overpriced and underwhelming doesn’t even begin to describe it. If you value your time and sanity, stay far away from H&R Block.
