Did my taxes very well but I referred my brother in law to them and he gave them my information and they never took it down for me to receive 25 dollars back
Staff was very helpful and as quick as they could possibly be however I highly recommend not using there program to buy you taxes as the new card they have comes with lots of fees and there e transfer is not available so you will be stuck with drawing your money by atm or visa debt transfer which I do not have.
The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. She is blaming customers for appointments she made for me and to make the adjustment. She needs to take accountability for wasting my time going there and could of apologizing for the frustration she caused.
the respeptinaste she was very rude she nooked appt for my wife asked them she wanted added T5 on her file the respeptinaste waste our time she wanted look for arguments the she's end of subject and come in april We WELL NEVER FILE THIS THE LOCION SHE WAS BLAMING MY WIFE they like to blame costumers they think the never make mistakes STAY AWAY from here the don't respect coustmers and they take feedbacks when we gave them feedback are true she got upset
I’ve filed my taxes with H&R block for years. Everywhere was more than helpful than this branch. After receiving less than what I should have received for my refund, trying to get assistance on the next steps was difficult by one of the workers. Lastly she said she doesn’t know much and doesn’t have information to help me with my issue/concern and proceeding to rush me off the phone.
