Once again I needed ’TAX HELP,’ and again I went to H&R BLOCK. This time I chose the one at 4830 CARLISLE PIKE SPC D16, MECHANICSBURG, PA 17050, # 717-737-0714, and the professional there did a good job! THANK YOU H&R BLOCK!
This place deserves NEGATIVE stars. Nothing but problems from the start. My friend dropped off her taxes (she had to amend), they didn't do them for OVER 6 weeks. Then took another 2 1/2 weeks before they did them. They rip people off, all they want is $$$. Amended taxes (according to H&R corporate) is $99, this place charged her almost 3 times MORE and they refused to take it out of her refund. Office staff has serious bad attitudes. Save yourself the hassle and sanity and use someone else!
They did an amazing job with my taxes. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely go back next year.
