This place deserves NEGATIVE stars. Nothing but problems from the start. My friend dropped off her taxes (she had to amend), they didn't do them for OVER 6 weeks. Then took another 2 1/2 weeks before they did them. They rip people off, all they want is $$$. Amended taxes (according to H&R corporate) is $99, this place charged her almost 3 times MORE and they refused to take it out of her refund. Office staff has serious bad attitudes. Save yourself the hassle and sanity and use someone else!
They did an amazing job with my taxes. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely go back next year.
Absolutely awful experience all around. I scheduled an appt for 10 am on Wednesday, I sat in the parking lot until 1030 and no one arrived so I left. When I called Thursday the woman assured me “someone was there at 10!” Which was not true. I rescheduled for today. Upon entering the woman told me I could not file my taxes the separately from my spouse (which is also not true.) I tried to give this place a two chances, seeing as location was convenient for me.
