H&R Block, Gale very personal and knowledgeable
Lena the nice women who calculated my taxes made me feel like family. She took her time and welcomed me comfortably. She is a wonderful business asset to H&R Block who shows that she cares for your best intrest.
Lena does not know what she is doing. I do not know how shw has a 25 year service award and still cannot do simple taxes. She put in my first time homebuyers credit as .35% and not 35% which I corrected her on. Then she did not put our charity contirbutions on the taxes. She also asked me how to spell simple words. She said we owed $19 to federal which was completely incorrect as we have 2 kids and a first time home buyers credit. I got my taxes done elsewhere and we were due $1900 from federal.
