My husband and I filed jointly for the first time in 5 years. This was our first year here. We did have an awesome customer service rep but at the end of the day, if something goes wrong, your taxes are delayed, taken by some other entity, they can't and won't help you figure it out nor will they intend to. Whatever may have gone wrong, they will have less answers than you. You're on your own and if thats the case why not spend less money and do it yourself?
Everyone here goes above and beyond. Lena is amazing and Siara was a huge help!
