ABSOLUTELY USELESS EMPLOYEES. They never asked me if I wanted the prepaid Mastercard. They just tried to give it to me. When I tried to refuse it they said there was nothing they could do. I got the Mastercard all set up, and it HAS NO MONEY ON IT. I can see in my transactions that my refund was deposited onto the card and then immediately removed.
