I've been a long-time client of this company, but my recent experience has been incredibly disappointing. I have been a loyal client of H & R Block Waterdown for over +10 years. I went in today, sat down and waited for my turn. The staff on site was helping a young man, so I waited. I waited longer as they helped another man who came in after I did. It was only while they decided to help the second man, that I was even acknowledged. I was told that "they would get to me." I waited 15-20 minutes before I left. I firmly believe if I wasn't a woman I would've been acknowledged and helped. Great service if one is of male persuasion.... read more
Like theres stupid and then theres stupid. Don’t file at HnR
When you pay 100$ to use their software and submit your taxes you're told you'll get a return. Then CRA checks it and not only do you not get 2000$ tax return you OWE 2000$ ... what did I pay for exactly if it's that wrong and just useless. Thanks
