This H&R office is the worst. They should be shut down!! Very unprofessional bunch of people. My son had an appointment and when he got there they told him that they overbooked and had no available time for him. Don't waste your time and money going here.

My worst experience. They didn’t know how to do their job properly and as a result I lost money. We tried 2 times to get ITN numbers for my kids and declined both times. Just don’t bother, it’s a waste of time.
Not only did they rip me off, I was supposed to receive $1000 more but they ended up pocketing it… They charged me $370 plus 39$ Direct deposit fee… when my local agent said they only charge 150… I called left a message and was told I’d receive a call back it’s been almost a week since… I wish I would’ve known it would be this difficult and it’s been almost 2 months and I still have yet to receive any payments, but my family all got theirs after three weeks from the local agent… Never again am I using H&R Block!
