This year I used H&R Block to do my taxes. I paid at least $450 to have my taxes completed and the money withdrawn from my account for the IRS. The IRS sent me a letter as well as New York State about what I owed because the money never left my account. I called H&R Block asking for a refund because they did not do their job. This H&R office is the worst. They should be shut down!! Very unprofessional bunch of people. My son had an appointment and when he got there they told him that they overbooked and had no available time for him. Don't waste your time and money going here.

My worst experience. They didn’t know how to do their job properly and as a result I lost money. We tried 2 times to get ITN numbers for my kids and declined both times. Just don’t bother, it’s a waste of time.
