They called us in at 1 PM today the person who was supposed to do our taxes was not there at 130 PM they said he won't be here till 2.00 PM come back at 2.00PM we called back to see if he was there before 2.00PM they said he won't be able to take us today so they booked us for 5 PM with someone else, we went there at 5 PM they finally got us at 520 PM then that person told us they won't be able to complete it today so we walked out. H&R block sucks please don't use this location. We have called them and filled a complain
Donna Zuck was amazing to work with! She explained each step of the process and detailed what I can expect going forward and what additional information I should be prepared for next year. She also made recommendations for estimated payments throughout the year. I will definitely be back to see her next year!
