I came here last year to file my 2024 taxes, I worked with Candice and she was absolutely wonderful. This year, filing 2025, I worked with Patricia Kent and again I again an amazing experience. Both associates had an intimate knowledge of taxes and recommended the best way for me to file when I had some unique circumstances. Absolutely love this staff and I will definitely be coming back!!
Great service, too expensive.
All their guarantees are lies. I filed with HR block with a promise of a “maximum refund guarantee” and as a result I didn’t receive my return at ALL and then additionally got hit with penalties this year because of their mistakes. When I called I was told that they would fix it and refile it along with my taxes from last year, which I stupidly agreed to. I not only paid nearly 1000$ to have these incompetents file my taxes but I also lost the 2000 dollars I was supposed to get back and ALSO got hit with penalties for their ... read more
