My tax prep person was short with me. Didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. Was getting frustrated didn't even offer the debit card for tax return just chose check for me. Then to top it off I was blown off about previous years taxes I was attempting to have filed. No clear answer on what to do just "come back after tax season". Thanks Don.
Would rate lower if possible. I do not recommend going here to anyone. Not only did they not know what they were doing when I went in but they also changed multiple things on my return and charged the wrong amounts causing me extra money that I had to pay with interest. On top of this there was multiple things that Dawn was supposed to follow up with me on because she didn’t know any answers to my questions or made no sense with the ones she did answer and I never heard back even after calling multiple times to follow up mys... read more
