I had a great experience working with my tax professional at H&R Block this year. He was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to walk me through everything step by step, answered all of my questions clearly, and made sure I understood what was happening with my return. Taxes can be stressful, but he made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. I really appreciated how supportive and professional he was, and I’m very grateful for his help.

Our appointment was a mess. The system let us book an appointment at 5 pm stating they closed at 9, we got a call saying they would not be able to complete our taxes but we should come in to start them anyway because they actually closed at 6. Our representative whispered the whole appointment and due to the office being cubicles not offices it was terribly hard to hear him. Woman at the front desk was wonderful. My review has absolutely nothing to do with her. We brought our paperwork to this team and they couldn’t log in to anything, wouldn’t listen to our specific needs after mentioning a vital piece of our taxes several times.
