Worst experience of my life, would give them a zero rating if I could. We were told our taxes were ready and asked if we could come the next day. We made an appointment for 6 pm to pick up, but our plans changed a bit so we called to see if we can come earlier. We were told yes so we made our way there. The front desk person seemed to have a shift change and an older Filipino lady started. She was the most rude and very clearly racist person I have ever encountered.
