I just called a few minutes ago, and a lady from their reception picked the call. I told her i have some questions, my last year experience was not good. So want to be very clear before filling my tax this year- she was so rude, she clearly said “why was your experience not got, why you didn’t get all the returns, if you think you are this better file it yourself then”… I mean what was that, is this how you treat your customers? All the offices are awesome, of course could be sometimes associates who might not treat you as you expected, but they constantly work to fix that.
