Saima was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. She spent a good deal of time making sure we would get the most amount of a refund we were entitled too. She explained everything thoroughly.
Myles did my taxes the better than I've ever had them done before. 10/10
Absolutely nightmare. Poor communications advised I she was applying for the advance for me and never filled out the proper paperwork. Then told there is nothing they could do. Jennifer didn’t own up to her mistake.
