Linda was a friendly person to work with (hence 3 stars given-would have been less had this not been the case) but unfortunately for us, gave us some wrong information about how to pay our taxes. She marked down that we would mail in checks but we advised her that we wanted to pay electronically. She then mentioned that we had the option of going online to make the payments (we owed federal and 2 state since we moved here last year). I only needed to have my taxes prepared this year because I didn't understand a certain form. They originally charged me $290, but gave me "discount" of $25 because I was a new customer. I suggest avoiding this company at all cost if you can do your taxes yourself. By the way, my tax prep took less than an hour.
As always, my experience was pleasant. I would recommend this place with confidencd.
