I went in on a Wednesday, waited for quite a while which I expected as I was a walk in after having their computer shut down at a different location. The other location told me a certain price, this location charged me 50$ more. I paid their fee and left expecting my taxes were electronically filed. I checked my CRA account and never received my express NOA, and my status read “2024 taxes not received”. I kept checking and waiting until Monday the following week and finally called CRA. app at 10:15an,left ay 12,;30 screwed up on our prepaid visa cards,left without the visa,got home and then they called back,on a basic tax return,then found out that had to go online and etransfer it to acvount and they charge you $4.00, what a con! never go back there!
Excellent service all of the staff members are kind and friendly.
