Gone to hnr block my whole life always getting instant refund but not apparently health card doesnt cut it or maybe 2p minunts from closing time glad i payed 120 for something i could have done and didnt find out untill the end lol this place alone never deal with another hnr block again horrible customer service CROOKS
Do not go, they lie and tell you they give out cheques, it’s a money order, a cheque can be cashed, a money order if deposited is held for seven days… it cost my friend $80 more dollars to get it cashed. The banks will not do it had to go to a cash store, the employees refused to help get the money back, maybe they can afford it. There are some who can’t that are living pay check to paycheck. Don’t go to hr block go anywhere but There
DONT USE HR BLOCK THEY LIE I WAS TOLD I WAS GETTING A CHECK AND THEY GAVE ME A MONEY ORDER INSTEAD WHICH IS NOT A CHECK ... HAD TO GO TO WESTERN UNION TO CASH IT . .IT COST ME 80 DOLLARS TO CASH IT HR BLOCK DID NOTHING TO HELP ME GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE THERE SCAMMERS
