I went into H&R today thinking I was going to get another great counseling as last year by Carrie who was known as VIP however she told the very sweet front desk lady LINDA that she could not see me while making rude remarks while saying “that’s why you file early”. I was very shocked to hear such rude remarks from Carrie yet embarrassed as people where in the building.
