My experience went very well at this location. However, the IRS has advised my 2022 taxes are incorrect, partly my, partly H&R Block's fault. I'm not placing any blame, I'm just trying to make another appointment to get this settled. I want to talk to someone face to face. Help!! Hopefully, the same senior tax person that helped me with the first amendment I sent to the IRS.
Before going into details about why this is only a 3 star review I need to give a 5 star shout out to Rhonda who went above and beyond to not only correct mistakes made by another tax preparer but found that I was overcharged and got me a H& R Block refund. Thanks Rhonda !!! Now for the part that would have led to a 1 star review if it wasn't for Rhonda.
