I had an appointment in Estrella 3 years ago and someone there said I had to come in and pay since I had and extention. I waited outside in 112° for 25 and no one came to unlock the door. She neglected to tell me that it was at another office. Then my tax person was not knowledgeable. She kept on having to ask her manager.
