Wonderful customer service!
Do not file with Gina Hisel, I don’t like how she gave me a coupon for filling and still charged me at the same time. My appointment wasn’t with her but she was the only one open when I had walked in so she took me and I didn’t want to wait so I went ahead and file with her. But don’t tell me one thing and still charged me more than I was told. I’m still going in to ask her why she did that. Not professional of her. Should have just waited for my tax prep lady.
