I cant believe how bad this H&R block is. I went in to do my taxes over a month ago and sat down with someone who did NOT know what she was doing and now a month later I am getting letters from the IRS and CA tax board because they did not submit the correct forms or documentation. The representative assisting me did not seem as knowledgeable as she should have been throughout the entire process. I have been coming here for years and Felicia has always been my analyst she is the best. I in and out with full knowledge that my taxes are done correctly and she makes me feel like a friend even though I see her once a year. That's a good feeling.
