Same as the previous reviewer took 3 and a half weeks after I was told 2 weeks to complete. Once completed went in and paid was told both returns would be filed that day. One was filed the other was not when phoned and inquired I was laughed at and told they forgot. Considering it was about $300 to have this done I would suggest any other location that may handle your taxes in a more professional manner.
I attempted to get my taxes done here, I was told two weeks to complete. 1 simple t4. After 2 1/2 weeks I called and no one even started and was told it was going to be another 3 weeks to complete. I asked for my paperwork back and will get them done somewhere else

Awesome experience, excellent services provided by Mr. Jeffery, Kudos for the great work, keep it up. Tax filing with Jeenat and Marryanne was very quick, all doubts were cleared on the spot. Highly recommended place for tax filing and other needs.
The guy at the front desk is clueless. Fumbling around, missing documents, no idea what he is doing. We're almost home and we get another call that they missed signing another form. Get a representative that knows and understands the ins and outs of taxes. It can't be that difficult
