I worked with the guy his name is Ronald to file my taxes. He had zero experience to file taxes and he even don’t deserve the one start that I gave here. Met with the nicest guy Fate last week, he helped me with my tax issue and asked me to come in next week. I wasn’t sure what for because I thought he had everything he needed to do an amendment for me and he said nothing else for me but I thought it was to finalize. I come into my appointment and he’s busy so someone else helps me who has no idea of my situation and then proceeds to tell me basically everything the guy told me was false and none of it was accurate. I found this office on IRS website listed as their certifying agent for ITIN number. I went there and none of the ladies there new what an ITIN is! None! Just imagine a tax preparation office listed by the IRS with no idea what ITIN is. I would NEVER come to this office for any of my tax services.
