If you want lazy with an attitude go here. The 'tax preparer' was wearing a short nightgown with flip flops, looked like she hadn't showered in weeks, and was pissed that I interrupted her 2 pm appointment with a huge bag of McDonald's. They opened at 2 pm. Instead of allowing someone else help me with 3 years of tax preparation she decided to be snarky and rude to me. After she insulted me more than once for a reason only she knows, I left her to her all you can eat style mid-day snack. Zero help.
This was by far my best experience filing my taxes. My agent (Marlee) was very friendly and has excellent people skills. Personally I think she deserves a raise. I will definitely be back next year for the same services and hopefully she will be my agent again!
Katina at H&R Block in Butler Pa not only made doing taxes quick and painless she was able to offer me some great advice for next year. I felt she really cared about me and my needs. If you want someone that makes you feel like family go see Katina at Greater Butler Mart.

Katina Green has been our tax preparer for I can’t remember how long! She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to taxes (something my husband and I WOULD NEVER FIGURE OUT!) She also is very friendly and very easy and fun to talk to for the hour we’re there! H&R Block is VERY fortunate to have her on their team as well as we are lucky too! Put it this way, we are probably one of the few that look forward to tax season because we get to see Katina!
