Dropped off taxes 3 weeks ago. No word back, not answering calls. Office was not open on past two visits to get status. Even dropping off taxes was odd, when they said H&R block physical locations & Hrblock.com are not associated with each other. Learned they had not touched my taxes in 3 weeks. When asked why, they said they were only open one day a week & very busy. Busy in November? Great service. Wish zero star was an option. P.S.
