Dropped off taxes 3 weeks ago. No word back, not answering calls. Office was not open on past two visits to get status. Even dropping off taxes was odd, when they said H&R block physical locations & Hrblock.com are not associated with each other. Learned they had not touched my taxes in 3 weeks.
