We tried calling to let them know that we’d be a couple of minutes late due to traffic. No one would answer the phone. When we arrived, the door was locked with a lady chilling at the front desk. I knocked and she asked me to drop my paperwork off because the person I was supposed to meet with couldn’t be there because his mother was in the hospital. I would give less than one star if possible. Our taxes were completely destroyed here. Our tax pro filed my spouse and I separately despite us asking to be filed jointly. The Virginia Government was massively underpaid the way they filed for my spouse and not paid at all the way they filed for me. I'm not sure how this is even possible, but it happened. When we were notified of the issue with my spouse's taxes via a letter from the Virginia Government, we returned to the office, and they said they'd send a letter to fix it. ... read more
