They somehow missed filing our daughters taxes that we thought was completed in April when we gave them all 3 of ours together. They only phone today, 6 months later to try and tell me that they were reviewing files from an employee "going through some things" and realized my daughters file was still open and it will cost more to now file hers. They helped me when bankruptcy failed me in a dire situation and are very kindÂ
They couldn't do my taxes due to bankruptcy and are refusing to give me back my 141 I paid its been over a month now at this point and no end in sight in livid didn't get child tax due to them waiting a month to tell me they couldn't do it now won't give me back my mom sad they did this to a single parent with three kids and now ina lose my home due to them don't come here they don't care lie make excuses and won't call you backÂ

Have my taxes been filed??? Well I have no idea since nobody at this location is responding to me. They have all my documents and told me to wait for a call to come and sign then pay. I’ve emailed and called multiple times but they have literally vanished. I don’t have time to chase these people. I guess I’ll have to walk into the office when they are actually open and demand someone help me. Where are my documents?? And have you filed my taxes?? Mind blowing to me!
