They couldn't do my taxes due to bankruptcy and are refusing to give me back my 141 I paid its been over a month now at this point and no end in sight in livid didn't get child tax due to them waiting a month to tell me they couldn't do it now won't give me back my mom sad they did this to a single parent with three kids and now ina lose my home due to them don't come here they don't care lie make excuses and won't call you back

Have my taxes been filed??? Well I have no idea since nobody at this location is responding to me. They have all my documents and told me to wait for a call to come and sign then pay. I’ve emailed and called multiple times but they have literally vanished. I don’t have time to chase these people. I guess I’ll have to walk into the office when they are actually open and demand someone help me. Where are my documents?? And have you filed my taxes?? Mind blowing to me! I will NEVER use Mission H&R Block again, or any H&R Block.... read more

H&R Block as a whole, isnt bad but this one...I wont be using this location again. A few years ago they lost my partners documents when he dropped them off, but I thought Hey, its been a few years, why not. I specifically went to H&R Block for the refund, but couldnt get it. Would have been nice though, if the lady ( who was very sweet, but I digress) doing my taxes had advised me the correct way of updating my banking, so I wouldnt get a check.
