I drove 30 minutes to this location with an appointment with Sabine. I’d used her the previous 3 years and felt very comfortable with her doing my taxes. When I got there they took of me Sabine was no longer there and gave me a 1st year tax professional who was not confident. I did not feel comfortable and the senior tax pro checked her work and said it was good. She messed up my taxes badly. DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE.
H and R Block in West Milford is a great place to get your taxes filed. They are quick, kind and courteous. They really care about their customers.
We drove over 35 min to come to this location specifically for Natalya to do our taxes because she was so great last year and we were told we didn’t have a appointment with her and not only that her herself told us she has things to do so she can accommodate us. We were given to a lady that didn’t seem confident at all and end result wasn’t what we wanted either. Never coming back to this location or using H&R Block again. Unprofessional people!
Very great service. Great tax professionals who are caring and really work hard to do the best they can do for you. I have worked with my tax professional Laura for over 15 years and always have been very satisfied with the help and care she shows.
